What is it?
It is a BPM (Business Process Management) that implements a set of software services and tools that facilitate business process administration (covering the entire process life cycle: analysis, definition, execution, monitoring and control). It also provides integration of defined flows with external applications or systems and support for human interaction.
Features
Allows you to design a process made up of one or more workflows, establishing parallel or sequential flows composed of a set of activities that are chained over time, driven by events, to achieve a given purpose.
Business rules that affect behavior at certain points of the process are parameterized, such as: policies, restrictions, validations, calculations, among others.
Allows you to parameterize how the system assigns the different activities to process participants, for example: by workload distribution, by originating user, among others.
Definition of the fields to be displayed on the screen of each flow, organized by tabs and paragraphs. Form changes are flexible and require no programming.
Digital organization and storage of documents associated with a process. Native integration with SharePoint and the possibility of using other document managers such as OpenKM.
Ease of interacting with the organization's own or external systems, transparently for the user.
Flows are updated graphically and simply to meet new market conditions, changes in business rules and client needs.
Tracking of activity executions: date and time of creation, assignment and resolution. It also sends alert notifications when there is a delay in processing an activity, through LogiNotificador or an external automatic notification module.
